This Privacy Policy explains how Wizardry LLC ("the Company", "we") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.

This Policy applies to the website wizardry.ua, to the application
"Wizardry Ads Tools", and to the services provided by the Company.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for data subjects in the European Economic Area, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
2.1. Website visitors. When you submit a contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message — only what you provide yourself.
2.2. Technical data. We automatically collect IP address, browser and operating system type, date and time of access, pages viewed and referral source, for analytics and security purposes.
2.3. Clients. Under a service agreement we process contact details of the client's representatives, billing details, and credentials the client grants us to perform the work.
2.4. Google account data. Described separately in Section 4.
We do not collect special categories of personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data or biometric data.

This section describes the application "Wizardry Ads Tools", an internal tool the Company uses to manage clients' advertising campaigns.
4.1. Who uses the application. Company employees only. The application is not distributed, sold or made available to third parties. Access to a client's Google Ads account is granted by that client under a service agreement.
4.2. What Google data we access. Through the Google Ads API and the Google Merchant API:

4.3. Why. Solely to provide advertising management and optimisation services to the client: analysing performance, preparing reports, and changing campaign settings as agreed with the client.
4.4. How data is stored. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on Company workstations protected by passwords and full-disk encryption. Data is transmitted only over secure channels (HTTPS/TLS). Google data is never placed in public repositories and is not transferred to third-party servers.
4.5. Who we share it with. No one. Google account data is not sold, not transferred to third parties, not used for advertising, not used to train artificial intelligence models, and not used for creditworthiness assessment or lending purposes.
4.6. Limited Use. The Company's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4.7. Revoking access. You may revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or through your Google Ads account access settings. Once revoked, we stop accessing the account and delete stored tokens.
The website uses first-party cookies (for site functionality) and third-party cookies (for analytics). We use Google Analytics; data is transferred to Google LLC under its own privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may then not work correctly.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, analytics, email services) in the minimum necessary volume; with public authorities where required by law; or with your explicit consent.
Some providers, including Google LLC, may process data outside Ukraine and the EEA. In such cases we rely on standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted by the GDPR.
You have the right to access your data and obtain a copy, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure where there is no lawful basis for further processing, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the EEA, with your national supervisory authority.

We apply organisational and technical safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, access segregation, and regular software updates. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Our services are intended for legal entities and sole proprietors. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at https://wizardry.ua/en/privacy, with the effective date shown at the top. We notify clients of material changes by email or via a notice on the website.
